Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:
Creative Design & Branding:
* Develop layouts and designs for marketing materials, websites, social media, event assets and presentations.
* Transform technical content into clear, engaging infographics for internal and external audiences.
* Create key visuals for campaigns that align with Delta's brand identity and messaging.
UI Design:
* Design user-friendly interfaces for web pages, landing pages, and digital applications.
* Ensure visual consistency and intuitive navigation aligned with Delta's brand guidelines.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
* Work closely with marketing, product, and event teams to ensure cohesive visual strategies across all touchpoints.
* Support activation strategies for tradeshows, digital campaigns, and experiential marketing initiatives.
Multimedia & Advanced Skills:
* Prepare final artwork for production and digital publishing.
* Design visually compelling presentations for executive and client-facing purposes.
* Knowledge of video production and editing is a plus for creating dynamic content.
* Familiarity with 3D design tools for booth concepts or product visualization is highly desirable.
Trend Awareness & Innovation:
* Stay current with design trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging technologies.
* Apply creative thinking to enhance user engagement and brand storytelling.
Requirements: Education/Qualification/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experience:
* 5-7 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in B2B technology or marketing environments.
* Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
* Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical skills, including infographics, campaign visuals, UI design and presentations.
* Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Desirable Characteristics:
* Experience with video production/editing and motion graphics.
* Familiarity with 3D design tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).
* UI/UX design experience for web and mobile platforms.
* Experience in B2B technology branding and event design.
Advanced PowerPoint/Keynote design skills for creating visually compelling decks
